Practitioner Guidelines
Space Rental: You agree that you shall be charged fees based on the length of time of your booking of the TheraSpaces (regardless if you only make use of the TheraSpaces for less than your booked time). If you exceed the amount of time for which you booked a TheraSpace, then you shall be charged for such excess time at your booking rate. If such excess time conflicts with another User’s booked time, you will be charged $150 plus rental fee to compensate for the practitioners late start. You do hereby consent to such excess time charges and to such overage charge.
Cancellations
Cancellations: You agree to sign-up through Thera.space website and pre-pay for your room. Please observe 24 hour cancellation policy or full charge will be incurred.
Refunds
Give advanced notice of more than 24 hours • You get full value of the reschedule to a future date or credit. • 6% Fee for refund back to your credit card. • Email, booking@thera.space
Reschedule
Email booking@thera.space for help.
Give current booking information, date, start/end time and room.
Give requested booking, start/end time, date, room.
TheraSpace Etiquette
You agree to the following conditions when using TheraSpaces.
Use the space kindly and professionally, and lawfully.
Be timely and allow the next person to have their own soul searching time. If you go over, you will be charged $5 for the first 15 minutes and then at your regular booking rate.
Time is valuable. All sessions must be scheduled. There are many last minute bookings! If a practitioner runs into another's scheduled and prepaid time, they must pay for that booking. This rule is dependent upon that practitioner's discretion.
Use only 2 sheets per booked session. If sheets are not to your liking, you are welcome to bring and use your own. There is a charge of $5 for extra sets used.
We love a neat space. Tidy up after your session. No animals or candles please. A repair and maintenance fee will be charged and not exceed $500 for rooms left dirty or items damaged during your booked time.
If you need office hours between clients, please reserve the room. The room will be used only for the reserved time of your booking.

These are quiet spaces. Kindly respect this policy. Take cellphone conversations outside of the waiting room.
Each practitioner should bring any tool that is specific to their practice including, towels, lotions, massage props, etc.
What not to do:
The following actions can lead to revocation of use of TheraSpace rooms and premises.
Disrupt the professional work environment.
Make statements that could damage the reputation of other practitioners.
Conduct fraudulent activity.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions TheraSpace, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different rates to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your offer or contract. TheraSpace may change the fees for our Website, TheraSpaces, or Application as we deem necessary for our business. We encourage you to check back at our Website periodically to find out about how we charge for TheraSpaces.
